Adalimumab 

Adalimumab can be used to treat moderate-to-severe active Crohn’s disease in adults and severe active Crohn’s in children aged 6-17. It may be considered a suitable treatment when other drugs have not worked or have caused major side effects, and when surgery is not considered the right option for you.

Adalimumab is also used to treat moderate-to-severe active Ulcerative colitis in adults who have not responded to, or cannot have, treatment with other IBD medications.
